AD8342: LF to 500MHz Active Receive Mixer -- The AD8342 is a highly integrated SiGe active mixer optimized for receiver path down conversion. The input range spans from low frequency to 500 MHz, allowing the part to be used in a broad range of applications including CDMA, GSM basestation radios and private mobile radio equipment.

ADF4193: Low Phase Noise, Fast Settling PLL Synthesizer
